Most frequent questions and answers

Our personal training is for everyone. It doesn’t matter your age, previous injury, or current level of fitness, everyone’s starting point is different. One person might start with resistance bands, others with dumbbells. Once we have established your starting point together we will gradually increase the demand, slowly, overtime to help get you stronger and more confident.

No problem, book in for a 20 minute Goal & Assessment setting session with one of our physiotherapists. During this session we will listen to your story and together decide the best plan for you. 

Many of our members come to us with pain or are concerned about injury. We are all physiotherapists and are highly experienced in helping people out of pain and recover from injury.

All our trainers are physiotherapists with a passion for helping people become stronger, more confident in themselves and their abilities whilst remaining injury free.

We are open morning and evening and we will work with you to get an appointment schedule that works for you.

Yes we have changing room complete with shower and storage facilities.
