How would you like to pay less for your sessions?
From the middle of September will be adding semi private training to our facility. This would enable you to pay less and train more.
What exactly is semi private training?
Semi private training is an individual training programme done in a setting with a maximum of 3 people. This is not a ‘one size fits all’ small group class… your programme is completely created and tailored for you. The others will be doing their own programme specific to them. These sessions are 45 minutes long.
Bronze Package €65 per week
Two semi-private training sessions each week. 45 minutes duration. (8 per month)
Silver package €90 per week
Three semi-private training sessions each week. 45 minutes duration. (12 per month)

Our semi private training is for everyone. It doesn’t matter your age, previous injury, or current level of fitness, everyone’s starting point is different. One person might start with resistance bands, others with dumbbells. Once we have established your starting point together we will gradually increase the demand, slowly, overtime to help get you stronger and more confident.
No problem, book in for a 20 minute Goal & Assessment setting session with one of our physiotherapists. During this session we will listen to your story and together decide the best plan for you.
Many of our members come to us with pain or are concerned about injury. We are all physiotherapists and are highly experienced in helping people out of pain and recover from injury.
All our trainers are physiotherapists with a passion for helping people become stronger, more confident in themselves and their abilities whilst remaining injury free.
We are open morning and evening and we will work with you to get an appointment schedule that works for you.
